Once again, an old Irish tradition found its way into the halls of the DSND this year: Halloween!
In the days leading up to the celebration, enthusiastic students decorated the school’s corridors and classrooms in beautifully spooky style, creating a delightfully eerie atmosphere throughout the building.
On the morning of Halloween, many students arrived at school in creative, self-made costumes. While regular classes took place during the first two periods, the third and fourth periods were filled with fun and engaging activities — including a karaoke room and even poker games. At the same time, the annual haunted house gave students from Grade 3 upwards a good scare.
After the fourth period, the costume contest took place, where the winners were none other than an extinct animal and a fantasy character.
A big thank-you goes to the Student Council for the excellent organization and preparation!
