Once again this year, our pupils passed on their book wishes to the Parents' Council. Next, each wish was transformed into a festive Christmas tag that was hung on our Book Wishing Tree. Parents could then remove the wishes from the tree to bring the book(s) themselves over Christmas and donate them to the library or order them through Mrs Stephan. Full of anticipation, the children have been checking the tree every day for the last two weeks to see if their wish book(s) had already been taken down. And indeed! Every day there were a few tags less. Now that the Christmas holidays are starting, the pupils are already looking forward to having some of their wishes fulfilled after the holidays.
