After the overwhelming success of our annual day 2025, the entire school community agreed: it could hardly be surpassed. The expectations for the 2026 celebration were correspondingly high – yet through united efforts, creativity, and tireless dedication, we not only met the lofty benchmark but once again exceeded it with flying colors.
The renowned Zirkus Mandala opened its gates and carried us away into a magical world filled with wonder, color, and emotion. Even during the project days leading up to the event, a joyful excitement filled the air. In the children’s eyes, anticipation sparkled alongside a touch of stage fright: Would our performance succeed? Would we enchant the audience?
From the very moment one entered the lovingly designed circus ring, the unique atmosphere was unmistakable – a hint of magic filled the courtyard of the Bulgarian Embassy. What followed was a program truly without equal: our youngest performers from kindergarten opened the festival with a vibrant and colorful beginning. They were followed by impressive rope and hoop artists, daring acrobats, marvelous magicians, and graceful dancers. Shimmering soap bubbles made children’s eyes shine, while a poetic shadow play transported the audience into a world of imagination.
When the “strongest man in the world” finally flexed his muscles with a playful wink, no one could remain seated. The harmonious blend of colors, music, acrobatics, and poetry transformed the evening into a feast for the senses. Time and again, enthusiastic applause surged through the audience – carried by the visible joy and pride of our young performers.
During the shared meal that followed, opened by the circus director’s assistant Amalia, the impressions of the evening lingered on. Favorite moments were recounted and admired in lively conversations.
And when the “Flying Teachers” opened the dance for all with their new choreography, the circus ring was once again transformed into a place of exuberant togetherness.
Thus, the annual day 2026 became an unforgettable night.
