All teachers and educators at the DSND take part in the so-called preparation week before each new school year. During this week, the new teaching staff come together. Naturally, everyone is curious to meet the new colleagues, as we work closely together throughout the year. After the welcome, we immediately get together in working groups and year groups. We prepare the first days of school together, review concepts, draw up the annual plan for our educational work and take part in further training. Team building is not neglected either, for example all teachers can get in the mood for the day with a morning yoga session. A meal organised by everyone rounded off the week this year.
The good news is that we are well prepared for the new school year!
