Family Day Saturday October 28th, 2023

Last Saturday, on a perfect sunny morning, parents and children got together on the sports field for a parent-child day. This year, we focused on the diversity of our community, because the kindergarten community currently brings together people from a total of 19 different nations.
First we warmed up in a morning circle with dancing and singing and greeting each other in many different languages. Parents and children then moved on to the painting and craft stations, where colorful flags were made in teamwork. Afterwards there was a game break. Parent and child teams competed against each other in a race on stilts. All teams managed to arrive at the destination quickly with gifts and flowers... And last but not least, there was a rich buffet with food from many different countries.
The morning was a successful event that gave everyone the opportunity to get a taste of kindergarten work and get to know each other even better.
