From October 9th to 27th we were in a project phase in the kindergarten on the topic of India. The so-called “India Week” is part of the kindergarten program every year and helps the children to gain a better insight into the special culture of our host country. This year, the focus was on various faiths that we often encounter in everyday life in India and their special characteristics. Stories, music, rituals, numerous conversations, handicrafts and some excursions helped the children to better understand the experiences they have in our colorful host country.
