Reading night

As in every year, the reading night, in combination with the school sleepover, took place this term as well. This time on a Friday the 13th! However, the students weren't bothered by this, so that nearly all students up to and including 10th grade came to school with their bags packed. Some had so much luggage that it was unclear whether they intended to move in for a whole week. After the students had sorted themselves by gender into separate classrooms, these rooms were prepared for the overnight stay and decorated with string lights and flower garlands. Hungry, we then fortified ourselves with homemade pizza before the reading began. The students from grades 4-6 listened, completely taken in, to Mrs. Tscherpel, who read the book "Tim and the Secret of Knolle Murphy" by Eoin Colfer. All too quickly, the story came to an end. Now everyone must wait until next year when the next volume will be read aloud.
