Swiss-German Christmas Market

The Christmas market organized by the parent´s Council of the German Embassy School took place again this year on the premises of the Swiss Embassy.
The market opened its doors on 26.11. in the morning with a magnificent weather and from the beginning many guests came to the embassy, where they were awaited by numerous Christmas stalls and international food options. The German School offered waffles, Christmas treats, drinks and of course the traditional mulled wine. A special highlight for all the parents were the performances of the school, primary school and kindergarten choirs, who performed well-known Christmas songs under the direction of Mrs. Demeyere and Mrs. Hussain.
Our special thanks go to the parent’s council and especially to Verena Leuschner, Sandra Schatz and Jennifer Koutsarova, who made this Christmas market possible through their tireless preparation.
The market was a complete success and we are already looking forward to next year!!!!
