This year's swimming festival took place on Saturday, September 26th, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Due to the pandemic, the swimming festival for the primary school and secondary school took place separately. As in previous years, it was organized by an organization team consisting of students from grades 11 and 12 together with Ms. Spangenberg and Mr. Leidinger. From 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the primary school students followed a parkour made up of attractive, age-appropriate water games. These included: a water fight, blowing table tennis balls, a parkour game, a dice game, a water transport game and a relay. The students had great fun! Finally, everyone received a certificate of participation in the swimming festival.

After the primary school students left the pool, it was the turn of the secondary school students. Water polo was played to warm up, afterwards the students swam against each other and the clock and at the end there was a "Brennball" game. Of course, all students received a certificate of participation as well and the fastest swimmers were also awarded a certificate of victory.

We, the organization team, would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the beautiful festival - namely the administration and house staff, Ms. Kim-Quadranti for looking after the first aid station, all the teachers and you students who took part in the swimming festival with great commitment.

Your organization team: Jana, Elizabeth, Ariuna, Aleksandra, Katarina, Mrs. Spangenberg and Mr. Leidinger.
