I'm Jeanne-Sylvie and I took part in the dubbing for the German translation for the Shanti film project. Shanti is an NGO that gives many people in Nepal a home. These people are presented in short and very touching films. I have always been interested in the field of acting and so I took this dubbing as a good experience. I was able to see what goes on "behind the scenes" in dubbing. It was surprising to me how many people are involved in a film project like this. But everyone was also very, very friendly to us students. We voice actors had to work with great concentration and the text was sometimes changed during the recording. It was all a great experience and I'm very curious to see the end result with my voice. I would be delighted if I could have another opportunity like this.
