On Saturday, January 20th, the kindergarten's teaching staff met for a team training day in the kindergarten.
Together we looked at kindergarten work through a systemic lens.
The systemic approach offers us new perspectives and tools for our daily tasks in working with children, parents and as a team.
With a well-founded introduction to the topic, numerous suggestions, examples, and materials for understanding, implementation, and reflection, as well as practical exercises for the entire team, Ms.Hornung-Frank, an expert in systemic work, led us through the day.
All participants found it truly enriching at the end of the day, with new insights and possible applications that will certainly have a positive impact on our work.
