During the pre-Christmas season, our primary school had the pleasure of taking part in a very special activity. Together with the students of the Hope Project, we spent two wonderful days baking Christmas cookies. The students of Grades 3/4 visited on November 25, followed by the children of Grades 1/2 on November 26.
The excitement was evident from the moment the aprons were put on. Everyone joined in with great enthusiasm. With rolling pins, cookie cutters, and plenty of creativity, colorful, fragrant, and lovingly decorated cookies were made. At the same time, the children of both schools had the chance to get to know each other, chat together, and gain many new impressions and experiences.
Our sincere thanks go to the Hope Project team, who welcomed us so warmly and generously provided their facilities for this activity. Their dedicated work opens up future opportunities for children and families in New Delhi and grants access to education that many would otherwise not receive.
The cookie-baking days brought great joy to everyone involved and created a warm, festive atmosphere. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and strengthening our connection with the Hope Project through further shared activities.
