Even if our senior students are first and foremost focussing on the upcoming Abitur, they are of course also looking beyond this. What should they actually do after that? The future is uncertain and frightening. It can be helpful to experience in an informal atmosphere how others have realised their dreams and achieved their goals.
Charlotte Horn, Ulaç Demirag and Nicolas Schenk made themselves available for an evening to tell the DSND senior students from their own experience how careers can be achieved. In the areas of the United Nations and regional development planning. In a cosy atmosphere with some snacks and drinks, many of the students' questions were answered in the headmaster's living room. To summarize: it is no problem at all if the path to your dream job is not always straightforward and it is worth the effort staying focused on your own interests and to pursue your goals consistently.
The school will continue to organize these kind of evenings in the near future to enable the students to get in contact with the world outside the school.
