The Play: "One Indian Girl"

April so weit.

A little Thank You

After many months of hard work, the 20th of April finally made it happen: The play “One Indian Girl” has been performed in the German Embassy by the students of the German school. Accompanied by the school band the astonishing cooperation between students and teachers was far better than anticipated. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without Silke van Schwartzenberg, the person behind the entire play, who rewrote the play more times than we would be able to count and who gave up a lot of her free time to teach us our parts and Annette Dietze, who made it possible for the band to perform alongside the play which all in all concluded to a wonderfull and entertaining evening. A lot of thanks towards Alix Sebening and Alina Mock, the two assistant directors. Both of them had been in charge of the organisation during the performance, so that everything could work out without any issues or interferences. Big Thanks to the embassy, which gave us the permission to act on the stage and to perform our play and to a lot of thanks to Graf von der Schulenburg, who sponsored a delicious buffet to everybody. And finally A VERY big thank you to all of the students that have been part of this performance and invested a lot of their time, because without them, there wouldn’t have been a performance at all.
